Low Sugar Energy Greens

Using organic when posible
1 whole head of romain lettuce
2-3 stalks of kale or other dark leafy veggtable
1-2 medium size granny smith apple or bosc pear
(more as sweetness is desired)
1 small chunk of ginger or 1 lemon (optional)
Run all ingredients threw the juicer pour into a tall glass and enjoy the abundant amount of chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, and live enzymes! :)
