JUICER EXPRESS

The worst customer service ever. In less than a year the Pulp collector broke on my juicer express.

I went online to oder a new one and was told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. It has now been 4 months and I have still not recieved the part!

I've call customer service numberous times and they are rude and often hang up the phone on you.

I can't believe Jack Lalanne would put his name on such a poor product with horrible customer service. It is extreamly frustrating.
