I ordered the Jack Lalane juicer Elite but I am very disappointed. The customer service is terrible making you wait longer than 20 minutes to talk to someone.
There is also no email point of contact for customer seervice on the web site.
There is no warranty in my opinion especially when you have to pay to pack it up taking up your time, take it to the post office and pay to ship it back plus pay them another $30 to send it back to you.
If you are thinking of buying it then don't and if you already have and its past your 60 days then you have my sympathy.
