JLL Power Juicer

I LOVED Jack's Power Juicer juicer!!!! But one of the parts (white plastic part on top of motor) is flimsy and did not hold up.

I take VERY good care of my things especially this one and when it broke into 12 pieces I emailed and called the tristar peeps and they want me to buy a new MOTOR????

It's a silly waste on this beautiful planet to have to buy the whole bottom piece and I have refused because I don't want to litter the planet with juicer motors....

Jack's Power Juicer shold work great for aprox 2 1/2 years then???????

DON'T BUY THIS JUICER - IT'S A "LEMON"

I would NOT recommend this product. I have had nothing but problems ever since I bought it. I bought the juicer about 3 to 3 1/2 years ago. First, the top part didn't fit right, and YES we were putting it on correctly. Also, there was too much pulp for the amount of fruits and vegetable we were putting in and not enough juice. Wasn't too impressed, so we just put it away for awhile. Then, we got it back out because we (my husband and I) were going to do a detox program. But, we had to do something about the top, so we called and were told to order new parts. Didn't like that, but ordered it anyway. The new top fit better and we proceeded with the detox program. After it was over (3wks), we put the juicer away again. Just wasn't pleased overall with it, and I hadn't come up with a mixture that really tasted good to me (that part is my fault).But, we also noticed that the white plastic part that spins around was cracked, but since it still worked didn't think too much about it. Then a few weeks ago we decided to give it another try, but after a week the white plastic part broke into 6 pieces.
I already know what JLL Power Juicer people say - BUY ANOTHER ONE. I DON'T HARDLY THINK SO. They should replace it - FREE!!!!!!!

I used it twice. The Third time I turned it on and it started then stopped. I called Power Juicer and they told me I can buy parts to fix it.

I explained to her, I have no idea how to fix it or even what is wrong with it. I asked the operator if they warranty their product, She told me "NO", and again told me I can buy parts to fix it.

I explained to her I once again that I only used the Juicer two times. And again her standard answer was, "you can buy parts to fix it".

Save your money from a company who does not warranty a brand new product.

After reading some of the JLL comments, I see that mine wasn't the only one that had a flimsy white plastic cover over the motor nut that broke! Perhaps if enough people complain, the company might actually offer a replacement part so that we don't have to trash the entire unit or be told to buy a new motor!

I've had one for a couple years and love it. The problem comes when you need to have it repaired. I shipped my burnt up motor base back to Power Juicer Express as requested. They have recieved it and still have it now for 5 weeks. No one seems to know anything when I call, very bad customer service. Today I find out they are out of new motors and back ordered, may be another 2-3 weeks. A guy could die waiting on there replacement part. No inpressed with the customer sevice side of the house.
