Jack's Power Juicer Express is a winner for me

It was slightly disheartening seeing the negative reviews of Jack's juicers.

I received my Express a few days ago and used it over the weekend and I was so impressed with its performance it caused me to come out here today to do further research on the benefits of juicing. I'm no newbie though.

I bought my very first juicer in the early 80's and would you believe it was a lightweight red plastic Sanyo? Yes, Sanyo made a juicer.

However despite its benefits juicing can be time consuming and labor intensive in the preparation of the produce. So if a machine doesn't help resolve these issues one won't be as inclined to juice.

The Sanyo was a nice introduction to juicing but the interior pulp receptable made juicing slow and a PITA so my juicing was infrequent.
Later I bought the Juiceman Jr. (JJ) and the separate pulp receptable speeded up the jucing process. It served me well for maybe the past 20 odd years.

I saw a commercial the other day and visited LaLane's website and purchased the Express because it had features I required in my next juicer to expedite the juicing process.

The motor is much quieter and stronger than my JJ, the straining basket is about 30% larger in circumference, and the feeding tube is much larger thereby allowing more produce for juicing and speeding up the entire process.

Like any piece of equipment you have to adjust to the machine to determine how it works best and if you follow the instructions in the manual the juicer performs marvelously and produces more juice in less time with less work.

They even sent some extra items such as a cleaning brush, a filter, cup, and elevating stand to put the juicer on.

It's a domestic juicer and at a good price too.
