MY NIGHTMARE WITH JACK LALAINES JUICER

I ORDER 1 Crescent Tool to remove filter & 1 Spout Part for my Jack Lalaine juicer 10 days ago. I enter in the site they have to check the status of the orders and I couldn't find even the order.

I called them and the Customer Agent told me after he found the order it was a back ordered because they did not have the part. I was very disappointed because they do not have a stock of parts as the product demands, so if something broke down in your machine you better buy a new one from other manufacturer than wait until they find the replacement parts and ship it to you.

The Agent that took care of my call was very nesty and it said that I can not buy the parts anywere else, so that I have to wait 4 to 5 weeks until they receive and ship the parts. In the mean time my vegetables and fruits are spoiling in the fridge.

I used to have an Oster Juicer for years and never have to ask for a replacement part and was working as good as the Jack Lalane. I just wanted to have a more efficient machine and I was very wrong it was working as good as the Jack Lalanes, I could stay with my Oster I do not have this situation at this time.

My suggestion is not to buy this machice, look for other Manufactures in the market, there are many, SERVICE IS THE MOST ESSENTIAL PART OF BUYING ANY PRODUCT.

trouble with getting my order

My goodness I ordered a replacement spout for my juicer. I kid you not I was sent the wrong thing three times! Out of frustration, multiple phone calls and months of being without the spout I finally cancelled the order. I paid for the spout twice and only recieved a refund for one payment. It is sad the customer service is horrible. The juicer is good.

Be careful when you tighten blade...

I over tightened the blade and broke the plastic threading on the blade assembly... Guess what! You can't buy that part... :^ ) thanks Jack, I guess I learned my lesson and won't buy a cheaply made plastic juicer again.

you can't buy parts for jack lalanne juicer as far as i see. all i want is a filter, the strainer or whatever they call it. whats so dam hard about that. they want u to buy another juicer, thats it. unless u know where. so where and how?

No Parts

I ordered a blade for my power juicer on 3/14/2011. Didn't get it. called and they claimed to resend on 3/22/2011. Never recieved it. Called again 4/15/2011 and was told it will be sent out 4/18/2011. Still no part. Called 4/28/2011, was told that they were out of stock and I would have to wait for the order. I cancelled the order.

Good Product

Don't know if folks droped their box on way into house, but we recently purchased Mr. LaLaine's juicer, and we're very pleased with it's purformance.
We've had a lot of fun trying different mixes, but we find carrots, and pinneaple, grapes, and strawberries the bet and most invigorating.

ORDERED BLADE, STRAINER AND FOOD PUSHER. THE BLADE AND STRAINER ARE FINE. FOOD PUSHER DOES NOT FIT ALL THE WAY THRU CHUTE. SENT E-MAILS ( 7 OR 8 ) BEGINNING 1/21/11 AND DID NOT GET ANSWER UNTIL 2/3/11. THEY ASKED ME WHICH MODEL I HAVE. THEY ONLY OFFER ONE PUSHER NOT MULTIPLE CHOICES. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES MODEL MAKE IF THEY ONLY OFFER ONE PUSHER? IN FUTURE I WILL GO WITH OMEGA OR CHAMPION RATHER THAN ANSWER THESE EVASIVE QUESTIONS. TWO WEEKS TO ANSWER E-MAIL IS HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Got the Classic juicer as a gift for christmas and it already broke. The platic peg on motor base fell apart. Cheap piece of crap.

Poor service

I placed an order for a replacement blade for the juicer express. Simple. But after 4 weeks of waiting, I called to find my order, and it seems it was never placed, even though I had a confirmation #. So I re-ordered it. After 3 weeks, it came in but was the wrong blade. I called and a nice guy, very polite, apoligized and said he would send out the right blade. . Three weeks go by, nothing. I call again and a man in another country tells me there is no record of me calling in the wrong blade. He tells me his manager will call me within 24 hours- never does. I call back, talk to another man in another country, same deal. 3 weeks later, surprisingly, a blade comes in the mail. Wrong one! I try to email customer service to send pics of the problem, and cant do that!
I am done with Jack and his poor customer service.

Have ordered parts kit #2 four times and four times have received the parts kit #1 instead of #2 for the Power Juicer Elite. Each time I called customer service and told them they were sending the wrong parts and reordered and still they keep sending me the wrong parts. Jack LaLaine's customer service sucks.

Regarding your experience with Jack LaLane Power Juicer, your nightmare has just begun. It irks me to no end that these people continue to sell this product on TV while complaints go unheeded. I finally filed a complaint with the Attorney General in Arizona and received a new juicer shortly thereafter, which we haven't used as I'm considering regifting it to Jack himself.

Just bought one from Walmart and didn't get the crescent tool. Instead got two brushes and a few other plastic parts which don't even fit the juicer. Ordered the crescent tool and see how long it takes.If everyone got together we could prevent many of these juicers from getting out into the market.

Tristar Kept Payment For Returned Juicer

After returning the Jack LaLaine Juicer at the Canadian Post Office without ever bringing it home, I waited for my return payment. After over 3 months of dealing with the Tristar customer service (who were almost impossible to even locate), sending a copy of the Canadian Post Office return receipt AND the copy of the warehouse receipt stating that they had received the returned juicer, I was told it was TOO LATE to receive a return payment! They have my money and I have NOTHING! This is stealing!

Two weeks after filing a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General against Tristar Products dba Jack LaLane Power Juicer, we received a new Power Juicer in the mail. I told my wife that if anything goes wrong with this one, it is going straight into the garbage as I will never go through this experience again.

Jack LaLanne juicer parts - no way to get them

Personally i wouldn't own a Jack Lalanne juicer. Product service sucks. My mom has been trying to get her order for a blade/filter (a1504bldfil) since 2008.

The order keeps getting cancelled and reordered, the company says the part is temporarily backordered.

Jack LaLane Power Juicer Elite parts

We have been waiting for our "Replacement Part Pulp Catcher" since May 3, 2009 (today is November 16, 2009). We have had a number of unsatisfactory contacts with "Customer Service" and we are totally frustrated with the delays and cancellations we have experienced. Jack LaLane receives a zero from us.
