Do yourself a favor and skip the power juicer pro. It leaks juice out of the sides and spout and the motor is weak. The old models were much better. Their newest model is a total piece of crap.

Also, don't count on any help from these people. The only way you get a response is when you are buying something. If you have a problem, forget it!
