Hydraulic Press Juicer - Extracts A Longer Lasting Juice

The most popular hydraulic press juicer is the Norwalk juicer.

It was invented by Dr. Norman Walker, who was a firm believer in eating healthy.

Hydraulic press juicers extract more juice and less pulp.

The pulp is not as easily digested when it is consumed in juices, rather than eating the fruit or vegetable.

Because chewing aids in digesting by releasing enzymes, drinking the pulp of orange juice or grapefruit juice can cause the body to be unable to reap all the benefits of the vitamins and minerals contained therein.

The hydraulic juicer uses a gentle squeezing to get all the juice from fruits and vegetables leaving only a small amount of pulp. This is what makes this juicer far more desirable than less efficient models.

Most hydraulic press models have a grinding and cutting method that should be used for certain fruits and vegetables before putting them in the press section.

This cops and grinds the food before you put the pulp in the press section which puts it in two linen bags where it is pressed against two stainless steel plates. This process can yield more juice because the juice is squeezed through the bags and the pulp is left inside the bag for disposal.

Using this process very little air finds it’s way to the juice making it capable of lasting longer in the refrigerator.

Typically juice using this method can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, so you can make enough to last for more than one day. This is especially helpful for people who have both parents holding full time jobs.

The only drawback is cleaning the bags that you use to press juice from your fruits and vegetables. They can be washed out and hung up to dry, being linen, this shouldn’t take too long.

The rest of the hydraulic press juicer is dishwasher safe, so this shouldn’t extend cleaning time by much. This process probably will take 3 or 4 minutes so it is definitely worth it if you want a juicer that extracts the most juice with the least pulp and air.

The hydraulic juicer, although quite a bit higher in price than some models, is worth it if you like to make your own fruit and vegetable juices that some people believe can be of immense benefit when it comes to your health.

In reviews by users of hydraulic press models most people preferred this juicer to other types.
