Early Riser Fruit Juice

I like all my ingredients to be cold...
1 1/2 Carrots (peeled if not Organic)
1/2 English Cucumber (peeled and seeded)
1 large Orange (peeled)
2 Medium-sized Apples (peeled and cored)
1/2 lime (peeled)
1/3 Pineapple (sliced and peeled)
1 stalk Celery
Ground Flaxseed
2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Oil (Omega 3)
Small Slice Ginger (peeled)
Put desired amount of Ground Flaxseed in glass or juice cup mixed with abit of water or other liquid to soften. Feed your Celery Stalk, Carrots and Cucumber in the shoot of your Juicer. Follow up with the rest of your ingredients including your Flaxseed Oil into shoot.
I have varied this recipe by adding abit of Beet and Green or Red Pepper to the Mix. You can add more pineapple if you wish adding less of another less-preferred fruit or vegetable. Anything goes...but I love this recipe and it is always flavourfull and quick to prepare.
