The Breville 800 Juice Fountain Elite is a wonderful machine, but the company is NOT!!!. They do not give any customer service. That must be the first place that they cut back services on. Your email is AUTOMATICALLY answered, not read.

After 4 emails I finally got an answer that the part missing from my order was shipped. WRONG, it was never shipped. Try and call. YOu will be put on hold for 20 minutes then a machine will tell you to leave your number and they will call you back. Of course when they finally get back to you, they have to retrace everything that you have sent and no one knows where to find it.

Being the most expensive machine out there, I certainly did expect some customer service. Would never recommend them, or ever buy a product from Breville again!!!!!!!!!!
