Taking antioxidant juice daily is one of the best ways to make sure that you are getting the protection you need from evil little free radicals.

The same study also showed that the pomegranate juice reduced the effects of stress on the human blood vessels because it stimulates that production nitric oxide.
Some other antioxidants and what they can do for you include bilberry which is wonderful in treating eye disorders like macular degeneration and cataracts. As a matter of fact in an Italian study the combination of bilberry extracts and vitamin E stopped progression of cataracts in 97% of the participants in the study.
There is another wonderful antioxidant alpha-lipoic acid and it helps our cells convert glucose to energy while detoxifying the body. Alpha-lipoic acid also helps combat inflammation in the skin and stabilizes our blood sugar.
These are only a few of the benefits of a few of the antioxidants that our bodies need. It isn’t even a want, it is a need. You need to be making sure your body is getting antioxidants.
